Riccardo Scarselli, owner of “Il Bikini” in Vico Equense, is known for his ragu special recipe. I submit a limited edition packaging to introduce “Il ragù secondo Riccardo” as Sunday Ragu to the american food market.
The italian version “il ragù di Riccardo” was introduced at Festavico 2014, one of the most successful and well-established Italian gastronomic events.
