Design and illustration of customised packaging for the “takke away” of the Pukkel restaurant in Huesca.

Pukkel is a signature healthy food restaurant that opened at the beginning of 2021. Faced with the doubt of whether they would have to open the take away service before the restaurant itself (due to COVID restrictions), the decision was made to show, through the packaging, the different elements that customers would find once they were able to visit the premises. The illustrations were all created based on the geometric shapes that one encounters in the restaurant, such as the floor tiles, the circular spaces formed by the tables and benches, the glassware for cocktails, etc. These are the elements that we represented on the boxes and stickers with the aim of giving a more casual air to this restaurant service.

These boxes are rarely seen in a take away service. A box was designed to be aesthetically pleasing but also easy to transport. Thus, a closure was thought to keep it closed at all times and a handle was added to make it easy to carry.
