BEER PACKAGING
The task was to create a packaging series for E.C. Dahls Brygger (Brewery). The series consists of two types of beer and is made in connection with the pop & rock festival Pstereo in Trondheim, Norway.
The packaging is inspired by barrels found on old ships. Colors are inspired by the sea, with the red contrast to give it some attitude.
Each barrel contains four bottles of eighter Kaptein (captain) or Matros (sailor). With a clean, fresh look with a hint of rock and roll, the beer is the perfect match for the late night rockers
THE BOTTLES
Kaptein (captain) is a light, under fermented lager. It´s less bitter then regular lager.
Matros (sailor) is a regular lager, with just the right amount of bitter.
THE PACKAGING
The packaging is inspired by barrels used at old ships. Each barrel contains four bottles of 0,33 liters.
