The label and design feature a hand drawn illustration of a cardinal traditionally drawn in pen and ink. The bird represents GeorgAnn, an Aunt of the brewery owner and the peach entices you to the flavor inside this cork and cage!
This peach beer rested 6 months in an oak foeder before making its way to this 750 mL glass bottle. I taste vanilla, peach cobbler, soft funk and a light carbonation.
