Before the EVOLUTION opening it was hard to imagine a hotel so disruptive, dynamic and dashing. The DJ booth, the bar, the decor, the unpretentious service and atmosphere and the well-known after work parties have made it an appealing spot for a drink at the end of the day. But for the direction of the hotel, it lacked to offer the customers a drink that could accompany the good moments that live there and that at the same time characterized the cool spirit of the space.

Then the beer EVOLUTION was created! A handcrafted beer style rye ipa whose hotel mood is featured in the design of the bottles themselves. Labels with original illustrations, fun and daring, accompanied by messages with provocations and good humor that are an extension of what you see on the walls of the hotel itself.
