Mooney Gardens started as a hobby. I love to cook, and like design, the more originality (or fresh ingredients) you have the better the end product. The same goes for cooking. So in my quest to make better food at home, I grew my own herbs. 

I researched best practices for growing and drying herbs. I even built my own drying rack out of old canvas frames and screen. Once I had my herbs harvested and dried I needed to store them. This is where I decided to make this hobby into something else I like to do.
