Tough Logger’s brand puts a rustic, all-Canadian, spin on traditional German bock lager. A strong beer, Tough Logger targets a younger male audience: Canadian; hard-working; rugged man who loves the outdoors and can hold his liquor – or wanna-be lumber sexuals. After researching many microbreweries, a more illustrative and playful approach is used to reach a smaller and younger audience with an interest in craft beers.
