I designed a visual identity for Sukkerbiten, (“the sugar cube”) a seasonal restaurant and bar that is found in Bjørvika, Oslo. The concept is based on the two contrasting opposites that Sukkerbiten is surrounded by: the beautiful Oslo Fjord, and Oslo’s largest construction site. This exciting contrast is visuallized in the logo, packaging and other elements of the profile through form, weight and color. The project was done over a three week period as the final exam for my second year in graphic design at Westerdals.
