This brief is aimed at Tourists to experience the culture of Singapore right from the minute they purchase the travel package to Singapore.
I decided to package the art of complaining. It is a mini tool kit to teach the foreigners the authentic way of how we singaporeans complain best. What we complain about, how we do it, this kit has it all.
