Marejada (tidal wave) is an event where 4 chefs from Galicia cook 9 dishes with seafood and fish as protagonists of the dinner.
We created a submerged menu in sea water that leaved no one indifferent. Inside the “menu” we added a fish of corporate methacrylate that, with the movement of the water, they moved like in a tidal wave caused by the interaction with the customers.
The event was in La Boteria, a restaurant specialized in seafood and fish from the Atlantic Ocean
