The Finnish group called ALTIA, owner of Maison Larsen, has contacted LINEA, the packaging design agency from the Spirits Valley, for the unique launch of two new blends that are specifically adapted to the art of mixology: the fine eau-de-vie named SUMMERBLEND and the WINTERBLEND Cognac. Both spirits are aimed for professional bartenders and cocktails lovers and take on the codes of that more than ever up to date universe. The bottles have been selected for their typical design of the vintage “demos” used as samples by cellar masters. As for the finalizations, they have been worked out so as to reinforce the handcrafted and mixologist spirit of both editions: carved wood corking for the authentic aspect and a bottle neck inspired by hand-applied vintage labels. The matte textured paper label is rotary and completely covering. It includes several finishing touches that are part of the current “bitters” trend. The labeling insists on its technical dimension through a presentation focusing on original recipes suggested by Niels LARSEN in his book. Dyed metallic nets remind the steel wired cages of vintage LARSEN bottles.
