Created for a Production Design class, this pillow box is made of recycled paper and newspaper, and is treated with gold foil on the logo of the pillow box and on the matchbox’s surface. The matchbox addition was created to be paired with the pillow box as a matching set. All photography is by Jenna Hidinger. The logo is created to resemble a wax seal stamp to give it a classy, sophisticated feel. (Kings used to use wax seals to seal important letters and documents). *This piece was chosen to be in AIGA (American Institute of Graphic Arts) Pittsburgh Chapter’s annual juried “PGH 365” gallery show.
