This Chinese tea cup structural packaging concept takes a premium floral botanical approach and gives the brand, an elegant and ethereal effect. The packaging itself is simple using a metalized texture finishing, while the floral pattern labelling reflects the type of floral tea in the pack. This tea packaging has a classical style that is likely to catch the eye of tea lovers who enjoy the natural flavors of tea.

Casahana’s brand story is to transform teatime into a healthful and uplifting tea-drinking experience that engages and rejuvenates all the senses.
I have chosen a celestial inspired theme to appeal to the younger crowd; the Millennials’ who are obsessed with astrology, feng shui and the cosmos that embodies a mysterious and intriguing air which affects our health. By using the Four Celestial Guardians; The Dragon, Phoenix, Tiger and Tortoise which in Feng Shui is believed to watch over the health, well being and the positive energy flow of a person.
This celestial inspired design reflect the spiritual and heavenly taste of the beverage.

The packaging concept embodies the surreal and whimsical world of The Mad-Hatter’s Tea Party in “Alice in Wonderland” inspiration styled in an Oriental way in order to appeal to Casahana’s target audience; The New Luxury Millennials. This new generation of foodie are intelligent, influential opinion-formers and believe in “trying everything once”.

Tea like music can have a profound effect on our moods and our body. It is an effective form of relaxation and stress management. The whimsical flat line illustrations on the packaging reflect the simplicity of this brand message to communicate that the tea beverage is infused with flavorful musical notes that are meant to impart wellness, calm, focus and energy.
