The Brassaria Sinha is a craft beer produced in the town of Poços de Caldas, Minas Gerais state. The challenge of this project is to tell the stories of the city through its labels.
Poços de Caldas began writing its history with the discovery of the first water sources in the seventeenth century, found at the bottom of a volcanic caldera. Rare and healing powers of water were responsible for the prosperity of the city from its beginnings.
Beers
Thermas Witbier is inspired by the warm waters of Minas Gerais. The sulphurous characteristics and high temperature of the water were associated with miraculous powers.
Volcano Hefeweizen takes its name because Poços de Caldas was born in fountains and springs of a 70 million years old volcano.
Palace Pale Ale honors the main casino, the Palace, which was born together with the majestic Palace Hotel and Thermas Antonio Carlos, in 1931.
