Invisible Children is a North American charity that focuses on raising money to free the child soldiers in Uganda. In support of Invisible Children, a crayon box depicting eye-catching images of young children holding guns is meant to draw attention to the situation. Sketchy crayon drawings of guns are shown on the acetate lid of the box. When the sleeve is removed, the photos reveal the ideal life a child of that age should have. The juxtaposition between elements creates a shock factor for adults, and is meant to evoke emotion in order to drive social change.
