In 2007, Olivier Bernstein created the négociant house which bears his name and produces very small quantities of very high-quality premiers and grands crus exclusively. Olivier works closely with select growers of very old vines; he and his team manage the viticulture in each climat.
In a very short space of time Olivier Bernstein has established himself as a new star in Burgundy, receiving superb press notices from his very first vintage.
